AUGUST Orientation:
Dear Incoming 6th Grade Parents,
Please see the attached flyer for information regarding an opportunity for your incoming 6th grade student to attend an in-person orientation over the summer. Attendance at this orientation is not required. All information covered in this orientation will be reviewed during the opening days of 6th grade. There are two dates from which you can choose. Only RSVP your child for one date. Please be advised that you are required to RSVP using the link in the flyer if you plan for your child to attend. Students for whom we do not have an RSVP will not be admitted to the event. We look forward to meeting your children and working with your families during the middle years.

Countdown to Summer
Kindergarten has a tradition of counting down the last 26 days of school. This year we thought it might be fun to include the entire school. To help celebrate the last 26 days of school, we are going to have an ABC countdown! Click HERE to find the ABC calendar. Each day will have a special activity that coordinates with a letter of the alphabet. We are going to have fun as we countdown to the last day of school! Our first day starts this Friday, May 16th!
These "spirit days" are optional, so don't feel pressured to participate each day.

STEAM Enrichment Opportunities
We are excited to offer STEAM enrichment opportunities to students at our summer school. In partnership with a STEAM vendor (STEAMWORKS Studio), we are offering a variety of STEAM/STEM summer opportunities for rising 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. Families can register using the link provided in the flyer. Any questions regarding registration should be directed to STEAMWORKS Studio.
Students may sign up for one or multiple weeks. Each program is a stand-alone opportunity and is offered on more than one date.

Kindergarten Registration
Students currently attending one of our district preschool programs do not need to re-register for kindergarten. We only need a copy of the student's physical and current immunization records brought to the school the child is currently attending. Please call the school's main office to schedule a time to drop these documents off. If your residency needs to be updated, please reach out to your school's registrar.
